For several years, an artist turned hiker has been roaming America’s great trails. Along the journey, this hiker named “Postcard” has captured the absurd, the difficult and the magic of life on the trail through his drawings. (Try as we might, photography cannot always capture the spirit of the moment.) With a natural talent for visual story telling, Postcard assembled a significant collection of illustrations that touch the funny bone and stir the memory.

The Artful Hiker.com is the result of all those miles and years. Thanks to the countless praise from individuals across the country, Postcard has opened the vault to offer other hiking enthusiasts his artist signed prints. After all, a blank wall is a terrible thing to waste.

All Original Postcard prints have been inspired by Appalachian Trail and Pacific Crest Trail events and places, as well as universal hiking goofs, I mean truths. Most were actually drawn during Postcard’s thru-hikes (thankfully, all prints come odor-free.)
